Construction site security
Copper, tools, fuel and equipment, watched overnight and through shutdowns.
What this actually involves
Sites lose material in a predictable pattern: after the copper goes in and before the building closes up, on long weekends, and during any shutdown.
Coverage can be a standing overnight post, a patrol route hitting the site several times a night, or a post during the exposure window only and patrol the rest of the time.
Access control matters as much as theft. Knowing who was on site and when is what you want the morning after something goes wrong, and it is a log, not a memory.
What you get back
- Access log of everyone entering and leaving the site
- Timestamped patrol or shift records
- Photo documentation of damage, theft or trespass
- Certificate of insurance for your project owner
Questions we get
Before you call
- Can you cover just weekends and holidays?
- Yes, and for many sites that is the right call. Losses cluster on long weekends and shutdowns — buying coverage only for the exposure window is cheaper than covering every night.
- Do you carry the insurance my project owner requires?
- Tell us the limits and the additional-insured language your contract requires and we will confirm before you sign anything.
