What this site collects

The forms

The coverage request and the job application collect what you type into them — your name, phone number, email address, and whatever details you give about the site or about yourself. That is emailed to Rockwell Peterson. Delivery goes through Resend, our email provider, which processes the message in order to send it. Nothing is added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with anyone else.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The press page shows news segments from YouTube. The video player itself loads only after you press play, and it loads from youtube-nocookie.com. The still image you see before that is a thumbnail served by YouTube, so YouTube does see a request for it when the page loads — it just does not load the player, its scripts, or its cookies unless you press play. Once you do, Google’s own privacy terms apply to that playback.

Server logs

Our host keeps standard request logs — IP address, page requested, timestamp — for operating and securing the site. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Removing your details

Email rockwellpeterson@odinsgateguards.com and ask. We will delete what we hold and tell you when it is done. You do not need a reason.
