- Yes, on the terms you set. What matters is that the rule is the same for everyone all night — inconsistent screening is what generates complaints, from patrons and from regulators.
- How do you handle removing someone?
- By not needing to, wherever possible. Officers are trained to de-escalate and to document. Physical removal is a last resort, it is written up every time, and management sees the report.
